[Abstract] Objective To explore the applicative effect of high quality nursing on patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period. Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital and received radical operation on esophageal carcinoma from December 2014 to June 2010 were retrospectively ey were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to nursing measures，with 35 in e control group was received perioperative routine nursing while patient sin the observation group was received pertinent high quality nursing intervention at the basis of routine nursing. Postoperative hospital stay，incidence of plications and satisfaction degree of nursing of two groups were pared. Results Hospitalization stay and hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control d the incidence of plications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control e difference was significant and it was statistically significant （P0.05），具有可比性。
